Customer Policies

The following is a group of guidelines for customers to know to make the ordering process as seamless as possible! We appreciate you choosing us and hope we can make the process perfect for you!


When making a payment to Baby Boosts LLC and/or creating an order with Baby Boosts LLC you agree to the Terms of Service below.

Account Use 1.0
● 1.1 Attempting to play the queue (Solo queue/Flex etc.) that you have ordered during the process causing conflict with your order will (in extreme cases) void the order.
● 1.2 If possible try not to log onto the account that has been provided for the order as it can conflict with the order process. If needed please contact Baby or your booster to let them know so we don't run into any issues.
● 1.3 When the order is finished it is recommended to give at least 12-24hrs before logging in for your own security.
● 1.4 We are not responsible for any actions taken against you or your account after your order is offically completed. We will do our best to help you through it but it is not our direct responsibility.
● 1.5 By creating an order with us you understand the risks of the service involving your account.



Refund Policy 2.0
● 2.1 Refunds can be issued if you're at all upset with your order or having problems.
● 2.2 Refunds are issued case by case, we're very understanding and if for whatever reason you need your payment back i'm sure we can work something out.
● 2.3 Abusing refunds is not acceptable and will not be issued if it's at the very end of an order or otherwise difficult to reason with.
● 2.4 Opening a dispute is unacceptable and will void our Refund Policy 2.0. You reserve the right to speak to Baby#1152 on this issue.
● 2.5 Due to transaction fees a refund issued to a(n) client/customer will be the amount payed minus the transaction fees.




Respect 3.0
● 3.1 Boosters are people too, we have our own schedule. While majority of the time your order will be started right away please be understanding when trying to schedule with us.
● 3.2 Be careful using boosting terms in League's chat for you and our security. If you must speak to the booster, message your booster on discord for ease of access.
● 3.3 This is a service and a client can be refused if it becomes too difficult to work with said client due to belligerence.




Orders 4.0
● 4.1 An order may be voided if left unattended by a client for more than 30 days, in doing so the order will be finished and marked as complete, voiding refunds.
● 4.2 An order that is refunded via the 2.0 Refund Policy will discontinue any support on said order for any active inclusion from Baby Boosts, LLC in your gameplay or order assistance.
● 4.3 By creating an order you understand the risks associated with boosting (Please consult the owner for better understanding if anything isn't clear.) and completely comply with all rules and risks.
